Everybody who are not a new reader to my blog know that i am a big fan of dessert for breakfast, this time i made an ice cream with banana and blueberries, and it was truly amazing, and such a healthy way to start the day…. and this i actally delicious and sweet enough as a night snack, the best of it all is that the whole portion only contains 230 calories.
Ingredients for one person:
2 frozen bananas
50 gram of frozen blueberries
1 tbs. coconut chips
1tbs. fresh blueberries
10 gram of chopped dark chocolate 85%
Blend the fruit in a high powered blender, pour it in a bowl and enjoy 🙂
